As part of your safety training preparation, you’ll need this check list of registration, check-in and log-in instructions, so you can get in — and get started — hassle-free.

SAFETY TRAINING PREPARATION: CLASS CHECK-IN

Training center student check-in policies:

  • Arrive at the training center 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
  • Payment may be made by cash, credit card or money order prior to attending training. Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Proper identification is required, Accepted forms of photo identification include:
    • Valid driver’s license or state ID card
    • Federal identification card
    • INS ID card issued by federal, state or local government agencies
    • Valid passport
    • School ID card with photo
    • Voter’s registration card along with a photo ID
    • U.S. military card
    • Military dependent ID card
    • TWIC card
    • Federal Inmate Card (includes County & Municipality)
    • U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner card
    • Native American tribal document
    • Canadian driver’s license

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy applies to the following courses:

  • Fire Watch
  • HAZWOPER 24/40/8-hour refresher
  • Safe Driver
  • CPR and AED for the Community & Workplace
  • First Aid
  • Safe Driving Is No Accident
  • OSHA 10
  • Trenching & Excavation
  • Sologic Root Cause Analysis

Once registration is confirmed, the account will be charged for the class unless a cancellation is received by these specified times:

  • Before 12:00 PM two business days prior to the class: No charge (May be done online).
  • After 12:00 PM two business days prior to the class until 4:00 PM the day before class is scheduled: 50% of class fee (Must call 877-345-1253 to cancel).
  • Day of class or no-shows: Full price.

For example: If a class is scheduled for Thursday, cancellation must be completed online or by phone by 12:00 PM on Tuesday for there to be no charge. After 12:00 PM on Tuesday until 4:00 PM on Wednesday, a charge of 50% of the class fee will be assessed with a cancellation by phone (online cancellations are not accepted). Day-of-class cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price. For classes scheduled on a Monday, the cancellation deadline is 12:00 PM on Thursday of the previous week.

If Alliance Safety Council must cancel a class due to insufficient registrations, notice will be given two days in advance and there will be no charge.
